Product Growth Manager

Volt is transforming the massive and rapidly growing communications platform industry ($400B). Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital investors, we are on an ambitious mission: To make leveraging communication infrastructure easy. Our work is to build the first product suite for Messaging Ops, so that software teams, program managers, and messaging ops managers can focus on building programs that work and applications that engage users.

About the Role

Volt is hiring a Product Growth Manager to join our rapidly scaling product team. As one of Volt’s early members, you will play a key role in the success of our team achieving our mission. You will be challenged to own product growth metrics, drive our customer research and product experimentation program, and work closely with leadership to execute product strategy.

We are remote-first. If you’re local, our office is open and available to you — we are based out of the One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software product growth, analysis, or design experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
• A collaborative, pragmatic, user-focused mindset. We are a small but focused team and everyone must be aligned on our goals.
• Experience driving a customer research and development program, especially targeted toward mid-market and enterprise SaaS.
• Understanding of product and company KPIs, and identifying experiments to run to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Demonstrated success in contributing to refinement of product vision and alignment of experiments with product and company goals.
• The ability to thrive in a remote-first organization.
• A desire to help build a strong experimentation culture.

Benefits

This will be a salaried position. Volt provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance at no extra cost to employees. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 depending on experience in startups and product growth management, and an additional portion of compensation is equity in the form of stock options. In addition, we fly the whole team into Tulsa at the start of each quarter to collaborate and spend time together in person.
