What You'll Be Doing In the role of Product Marketing Manager at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding our users and their perspectives on our product. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of our market landscape, product positioning, and target customer segments, which you will leverage to craft compelling messaging frameworks. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to launch new product features and execute marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and expanding our customer base. Your insights into customer sentiment will inform product strategy, positioning, and execution. At our company, we employ a product-led sales go-to-market strategy. While prior experience in a similar marketing environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory. In this role, you will: Immerse yourself in our market, customers, users, and competitors, synthesizing this knowledge for the broader team.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product and become a proficient user.
Craft messaging frameworks to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Ensure consistent deployment of messaging across various channels.
Collaborate with teams across sales, customer success, engineering, and design to align and execute product marketing strategies seamlessly.
Coordinate feature and product launches in collaboration with stakeholders.
Produce high-quality marketing materials to support product and feature marketing efforts.
Contribute to the creation of customer case studies and sales enablement content.
Identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the tech sector. Experience in B2B SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, particularly in crafting product messaging.
A track record of translating technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
A passion for visual communication and web storytelling.

Paid parental leave. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 USD, with factors such as skills and local market benchmarks influencing the final offer. Our company's Interview Process We believe in direct communication and transparency throughout our hiring process. Our process includes: Initial Zoom screen: An informal discussion with the hiring manager to explore your background and interest in the role.
Work task: Completion of a take-home task similar to the role's responsibilities, utilizing our software platform.
Interviews: Zoom interviews with the hiring panel, typically involving interactions with multiple team members, including our CEO.
Final checks: Reference and background checks for the successful candidate. We are a fully distributed workplace, conducting all interviews virtually. Please inform us of any accommodations you may require during the interview process.
