Job Description - Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Business

This role is part of the Amazon Business WW Marketing team and our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. In this role, you will lead the strategy and production of engaging onsite experiences, and captain event production across cross-functional teams. This individual will partner with content, UX, and tech teams to prioritize measurement capabilities, develop and maintain dashboards for various initiatives, and serve as subject matter expert on website optimization. As a highly-visible lead, you will regularly interface with stakeholders and leadership to monitor website performance, socialize insights, and recommend optimization/testing opportunities for various marketing initiatives. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Tech, Personalization, and Data across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams and countries. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
