The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for Program Development Manager in our National Center office located in Dallas, Texas .
We are currently hiring a Program Development Manager . The Program Development Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling and executing assigned program initiatives for one or more of American Heart Association's scientific conferences or meetings and various pre-conference symposia. This role will be the project lead in our speaker and abstract management software and associated processes across all our scientific conference education teams. Facilitating the abstract submission, review, and overall session building with abstract reviewers, presenters and moderators. This role is responsible for managing volunteer engagement, interaction and online abstract workflow in support of program committees and key volunteers as well as facilitating publication of abstracts in the appropriate American Heart Association Journal.
