Description:
- Oversees all plant launch activities (APQP, PPAP submissions, 8D, and customer compliance)
- Investigate customer issues and focus on quality containment, and determine root cause
- Define and implement corrective actions
- In-plant quality focus on conforming and non-conforming products
- Supplier focus, evaluating their effectiveness and processes, occasional supplier visits
- Receive and analyze data from Quality Technicians, make decisions based on Gauge R&R, SPC, stability, linearity, etc.

- Associates degree, or similar certifications
- Experience interacting with suppliers and/or end customers
- Knowledge of statistical tools

- Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Energy and excitement toward making things better in the plant
Plus:
- Bachelors degree
- Previous experience in Quality Supervision or Quality Management
- A desire/passion for leading a team
- Automotive industry experience
