- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture that fosters excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, empowering them to excel.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance team performance. Agent Success and Efficiency:
- Establish performance metrics and objectives to drive agent success.
- Collaborate closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Utilize technology and tools to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity. Business Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - Proven success as a Real Estate Team Leader or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing agents.
