Our real estate team, OneHome Colorado, is a fast-growing, high-value, well-established top team in Denver. We are known for our exceptional service, expertise, and client commitment. As a full-time Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals in the real estate industry and help drive the growth and success of our brand. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media, print, and online marketing campaigns for our brand and our properties for sale. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and copywriting. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, GoogleMy Business, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive leads to our website.
• Create and design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements for both print and online.
• Write and edit engaging copy for marketing materials, website, and social media.
• Conduct research on the real estate market, trends, and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the real estate team to develop marketing plans and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with our brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content for our properties.
• Manage and maintain our email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and stay in touch with our clients.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Proficient in Canva Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
