Job Description - Real Estate Wholesaler

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate wholesaler. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Real Estate Wholesaler at Thrive Real Estate Team is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professionals to join our team and be molded into the cream of the crop real estate pros in Arizona. This is a 100% commission sales position. You likely specialize in a niche market and have an interest in Investments (private, multi-family, capital markets). You’re a confident and competitive sales professional who loves to win.   • Proven track record of forming and managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
