Job Description - Receptionist - Bilingual Korean

Job summary
Experienced Receptionist needed for home care company
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service as the receptionist • Respond to incoming calls and transfer or take messages • Assist with electronic medical records system • Maintain office supplies inventory • Assist with filing, data entry, and scheduling • Create new hire packets and monitor monthly in-services • Support marketing efforts through preparation and mailing of collateral • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• One year experience in customer service • Bilingual - Korean • Excellent client/customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous computer expertise with MS Office products
