Recruiting Principal Responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Sourcing, screening and engaging top-tier candidates through various channels
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Providing exceptional service and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Acting as the subject matter expert for your business unit when interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Recruiting Principal Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success. Agency/third-party experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies, techniques and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
