Customer service is at the heart of this industry. We are committed to being there for our clients whether it’s helping them customize a plan for their needs or compassionately helping them in the event of a death or disability. We offer training to call, set, and run appointments virtually, utilizing various resources such as webinars, carrier product training, and our successful proven system. As an agent, you will: 

• Contact clients who have requested protection plan information  
• Gather pertinent information from the client to customize their protection plan  
• Follow up with the client within one to two days to go over results either in person, over the phone, or virtually  
• Consult with the client for their specific need  
• Assist the client in the e-application process 
• Contact the carrier for the status of the application  
• Follow up with the client on carrier decision  

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information.  We are specifically looking for people who:  

• U.S. legal resident  

• Obtain state life and health insurance license  

• Phone, laptop or desktop computer, printer savvy  

• Virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person): sales training, mentorship, and business building
