Position: Alliance Marketing Manager Summary The Alliance Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating and executing marketing plans with strategic Alliance Partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth. This position works closely with the Alliance Directors and the Alliance Partner organization to implement multi-channel marketing plans, including website, digital marketing, email, sales engagement, prospect events, and other marketing tactics to achieve company growth goals. These strategies should align with our business objectives and Alliance Partner program guidelines while maintaining our brand standards. Responsibilities Serve as the marketing lead for assigned Alliance Partners
Execute partner marketing programs to support sales pipeline growth and customer retention, maximizing partner investments
Project manage integrated marketing campaigns that include webinars, paid search, email, online advertising, and other demand generation tactics
Propose, execute, and claim partner Market Development Fund (MDF) within each Alliance Partner's requirements
Measure, analyze, and report on the results of marketing activities
Review and analyze tactics to ensure activities are driving high-potential leads and implement action plans to address gaps
Ensure content and messaging support and are consistent with corporate strategies Qualifications Required: 8+ years of partner marketing experience in technology
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Proven track record in planning and executing business and marketing plans
Deep understanding of demand generation and nurture strategies
Ability to execute successfully within deadlines and budget constraints
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams
Solid understanding of market segmentation, strategy, planning, and execution of marketing activities
