Remote Docs Drawer

Certified Mobile Notary Service (Apply with Get.It is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Docs Drawer to work in the U.S. DUTIES: Effectively communicate status and expectations to processors, loan originators, escrow/title, etc.
Analyze credit package/loan docs for accuracy.
Ensure data integrity.
Review each loan for compliance with RESPA, RESPA tolerances, TILA, and MDIA.
Make detailed notes as needed in the LOS conversation log.
Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
