The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating highly skilled professionals in the accounting and finance sectors for our clients' open positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent in the accounting and finance industries.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand position requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Continuously update and maintain our internal database, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and assignments related to improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the accounting and finance sectors (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and web-based sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends, industry best practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
