Utilize the skills acquired during the program to launch your own agency doors! A Day in the Life: Engage in daily prospecting to generate leads, schedule appointments, and understand customer needs.
Foster productive relationships to expand your client base through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Collaborate with a mentor agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Address inquiries regarding coverage, policy adjustments, and claims promptly and professionally.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Participate in both in-person and remote training sessions to enhance your skills.
Remote work options available based on experience. Requirements: Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (assistance provided).
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
Exhibit initiative and independence in a dynamic sales environment.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Sales and marketing experience.
