Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a motivated and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team working from home in San Antonio, Texas. This is an entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various marketing activities to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior - Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and priorities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Presentation skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
