Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
Provide support for marketing automation initiatives
Optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
Assist with website updates (WordPress experience is advantageous)
Craft and edit engaging blog posts and other written content
Manage social media channels
Conduct meticulous proofreading
Coordinate with vendors and media outlets for advertising placements
Develop and refine marketing automation workflows
Handle general office duties and maintain client communication as needed Requirements: Reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul or surrounding area
Positive attitude and adaptability to diverse project demands
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite; CRM or marketing automation platform experience preferred; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
