Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job description:

News Corp. is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually optimize strategies - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize ROI on marketing investments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making - Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
