Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Assistant in our Denver, Colorado office. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in online marketing. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Monitor and analyze website performance, making recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. 5. Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and social media strategies. 6. Assist with managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of marketing efforts. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep Emerson Electric ahead of the curve.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in online marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams. 5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
