Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as a Procurement Specialist? You’ll be:

• Market research to identify potential new suppliers, and market trends

• Coordinate communication with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met

• Conduct accurate data analysis to identify costs, trends, providing recommendations

• Strong Excel skills required

• Update databases and systems to drive process improvement and metric reporting

• Support contract execution, including managing eSignature process, filing executed contracts into contracting system, mapping meta data

• Work collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and to identify process improvements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in strategic sourcing of goods and services

• Strong data analysis skills

• Excel proficiency required

• Strong time and project managment skills are required

• Excellent, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
