About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at the company. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and FP&A, you'll play a vital role in driving FP&A activities, focusing on financial and operational metric reporting, tracking sales metrics, budget analysis, and supporting various financial decision-making processes. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and sales operations. To excel, you must demonstrate strong attention to detail, financial analysis, reporting, and modeling skills. You'll be self-motivated to meet deadlines within a supportive, fast-paced environment, and maintain impeccable character, integrity, and work ethic. While our office is located in American Fork, UT, we offer consideration for a hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial and operational KPI metrics, focusing on Sales Bookings, Operational Metrics, and Financial Performance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Update and maintain financial forecast data in Adaptive Planning.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze budgeted financial performance against actual results, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors and Company management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support departmental leadership in reporting, analysis, and financial initiatives.
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external inquiries, meeting all assigned deadlines.
- Assist in special and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies. Required Qualifications: - 5 years of financial planning & analysis or similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of accounting principles and their application.
- Adherence to Springbrook company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in SaaS.
- Proficiency with Adaptive Planning and Power BI.
- Experience working with sales teams and bookings.
