Social Media Videographer/Photographer

Are you passionate about videography/photography and looking to break into the world of corporate social media? Look no further! Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a full-time Social Media Videographer/Photographer to join our team!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

This is a hybrid remote position requiring you to travel to various properties to create content. You can expect to earn the competitive rate of $40,000 - $45,000 per year and work consistently Monday-Friday with occasional travel.

All that you need is:

• Experience operating professional camera equipment
• A strong portfolio of previous videography and photography (real estate, hospitality, etc. preferred)
• Proven experience in managing and strategizing social media platforms
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research
• A track record of excellent follow-through on tasks and strategies
• Competence in using AI tools to scale social media presence and optimize content or the willingness to quickly learn
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Optimism and a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
• Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliability and honesty
• Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
