Nautilus is seeking a Senior Product Implementation Specialist to work in our Scottsdale office – we are also open to remote arrangement for the right candidate.

 

The Senior Product Implementation Specialist works within product innovation to help drive the implementation of new products, execute on project tasks, and coordinate deliverables for each sprint.

 

In this role you will:

• Execute on changes at the direction of the Line of Business leader to achieve operational plan objectives.
• Assist in the creation and/or proofing of form images in PPS libraries once form development has been completed and assist with all form release related tasks.
• Assist with the development of forms for all three lines of business understanding the need to carve out the coverages, build coverage enhancements, and protect our portfolio.
• Create user stories for form releases/ form mapping changes and support work efforts to ensure all parts of an initiative are executed in a timely manner.
• Execute the manual changes within Umbraco system to keep our guidelines clear, concise and up to date with the underwriting philosophy of the line of business leader and underwriting leadership.
• Promote the understanding of project implementation workflows and the use of management software to track implementation when multiple divisions are involved.
• Collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to: Production Underwriting, Marketing, Actuarial, Strategic Operations & Solutions and IT, to ensure successful implementation and communication of new initiatives and guideline changes.
• Support the Product Development team in prioritizing projects and initiatives to ensure the organization’s strategic and operational goals are met.
• Maintain working knowledge of all Commercial Lines products and programs, risk appetite and underwriting philosophy.
• Maintains professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Additional responsibilities as requested by Product Innovation Leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• AIS, ASLI, AU or CPCU are preferred.
• Prior experience in PPS/Docucorp form library/form rules engine system required.
• 3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Experience navigating ISO and other regulatory service organizations.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in proofreading.
