Role Summary As a Senior Specialist in Revenue Operations & Strategy, reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Strategy, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Events and Executive Programs teams. Your primary responsibility will be refining metrics packs, enhancing operational efficiencies and processes through event tech stack improvements, and driving operational cadences to optimize programs in a data-driven manner. We empower you to lead operational optimization collaboratively and efficiently. What You'll Get to Do Develop end-to-end metrics packs and conduct data analysis for our global events and executive programs teams.
Translate business context and needs from our global events and executive programs teams into tech stack requirements for optimal operational setup.
Lead operational cadences and facilitate regular interlocks with global events and ECX teams to monitor performance, identify potential operational issues, track progress, and provide key ad hoc analysis.
Drive the CXO database append process for our top accounts to ensure high data quality for targeted CXO programs.
Foster an evidence-based culture to enhance pipeline contribution and drive positive returns on program investments.
Conduct postmortem meetings on key marketing programs to identify best outcomes and replicate successful strategies.
Lead initiatives across Marketing to positively impact growth, efficiency, retention, and customer experience.
Collaborate with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders effectively and champion new standard methodologies for continuous improvement.
Embrace all Marketing channels at a rapidly growing SaaS organization focused on a B2B audience. Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years of event Demand Generation experience, with 2-3 years supporting event marketing or demand gen teams.
Experience with Marketing tech stack, performance marketing, and reporting/attribution tools. Salesforce, Rainfocus, Swoogo, Jifflenow, and/or Briefing Source experience is a plus.
Proven track record of leveraging data-driven analytics to drive targeted and effective event programs.
Ability to drive change management programs across functionally and geographically distributed organizations.
Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing stakeholders and a capacity to lead by influence.
Intellectual curiosity to embrace new standard methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
