Job Description - Virtual Administrative/Marketing Assistant

Immediate Opportunity Are you a dynamic administrative/marketing professional with a background in financial services/insurance support? We're in search of a dedicated individual to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview: As a vital member of our team, you'll enjoy a blended role involving both marketing and administrative tasks. Since our inception in 2006, we've been committed to providing top-tier marketing, administrative, social media, and design services to our esteemed clients. Now, as we continue to grow, we're excited to welcome another passionate team player onboard. Key Responsibilities: Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, catering to the unique needs of our clients. Administrative duties encompass managing client calendars, scheduling appointments, facilitating account opening paperwork, coordinating money transfers, and assisting with client reschedules and meeting setups. Additionally, you'll conduct internet research, prepare basic reports in Excel, create occasional PowerPoint presentations, and handle various administrative tasks as required. On the marketing front, you'll be responsible for crafting and distributing client newsletters, updating and publishing blogs, and overseeing social media accounts. Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience with social media platforms and contact management systems such as SalesForce, Redtail, or similar software.
- Proficiency in account opening processes within the financial advisory realm, including annuities and IRAs.
- Comfortable communicating via phone for client calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, or Constant Contact is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role. Additional Details: - Fully remote position with occasional client interactions outside the advisory sphere.
