:

Role Summary/Purpose:

Our Bank Marketing team brings these products to life through all stages and touchpoints for both prospects and existing customers.

The Vice President, Consumer Bank Lifecycle Marketing & Technology will lead strategy and implementation of all technology-intensive lifecycle campaigns. Responsibilities will include customer loyalty, retention, balance growth and account growth. This role will own campaigns that include personalization, segmentation, automation, AI/machine learning, CRM , CDP , analytics, etc. To achieve this, the VP, Consumer Bank – Lifecycle Marketing & Innovation will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive planning, test design, campaign activation, onsite experience and analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Serve as subject matter expert and own lifecycle marketing campaigns that leverage our MarTech tools to segment, target and personalize communications that will deepen the customer relationship, drive deposit growth and enhance the customer experience.

+ Seek out new, innovative opportunities to measure, grow, segment and evaluate our customers’ needs and expectations.

+ Manage customer retention marketing campaigns aimed at deepening customer banking relationships in conjunction with overall Lifecycle marketing strategy.

+ Evaluate existing customer behaviors and develop messaging to increase product utilization.

+ Plan, develop and execute lifecycle campaigns, including the management of internal and external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery within budget.

+ Work with analytics to create testing plans with clear up-front objectives, segmentation, audiences, journeys, messaging and KPIs, ensuring timely implementation of all tests.

+ Interface with internal cross-functional teams to develop and manage omnichannel campaigns to support customer marketing strategies

+ Develop and optimize digital marketing and retargeting strategies

+ Lead integration with CDP , CRM and other MarTech tools

+ Consistently update Bank Leadership team on key opportunities, potential risks and other nuances which affect the health of the business

+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Required Skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree, GED and 7+ years of progressive experience in a marketing, digital marketing or MarTech role at financial services organization.

+ 5+ years of experience developing strategies for financial services lifecycle marketing across multiple customer channels

+ 2+ years of experience in vendor/project management

+ Experience owning marketing budget, with prior accountability for large scale performance marketing campaigns.

+ Travel 10%

Desired Characteristics:

+ Experience using Curinos products, such as Amplero and/or Retail Deposit Optimizer

+ Experience in Banking and Deposit Products (i.e., Savings, Checkings, CDs and Credit Cards)

+ Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

+ Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills.

+ Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results.

+ Strong inter-personal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams with Proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

+ Demonstrated project management skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.

+ Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications.

Grade/Level: 12

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 – 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

+ You must be 18 years or older

+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
