Sales Dir of Sales & Marketing

**Position Title:** Sales Director **Salary:** $105,000 - $175,000 per year, Full-Time, Exempt **Bonus:** Up to 30% of salary, annually **Benefits:**- Medical/Dental/Vision coverage available after 30 days of employment

- Stable operation with no history of sale
- Maintained operations throughout the pandemic, prioritizing employee well-being **Job Summary:**- Lead a team of 9 individuals responsible for Sales, Catering, Events, and Revenue Management
- Proactively drive sales initiatives, ensuring quarterly goals are met and exceeded
- Oversee various tasks including but not limited to sales, prospecting, recruitment, training, social media management, marketing, trade shows, and community engagement
- This position requires on-site presence; it is not a remote or hybrid role **Requirements:**- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Sales Department Head in a full-service hotel with 300+ rooms or Assistant Sales Department Head in a full-service hotel with 400+ rooms, or equivalent experience in luxury hotels
