Responsibilities
• Drive membership sales through outbound phone calls on inbound leads • Provide leadership and management for staff and clients • Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets • Oversee the sales process and systems • Work closely with the KidStrong Director to ensure staff and Center are looked after • Build and maintain KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization • Model all Center activities through self-involvement • Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth • Communicate with staff for trials and member information • Enforce KidStrong corporate policies and business practices • Ensure highest level of customer service • Make effective decisions regarding customer service issues
Requirements
• Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Promotional-oriented with ability to schedule trials • Understanding of performance metrics, revenue, etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive for excellence • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office and G-Suite • Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred • Available to work at least three weekday nights and at least one weekend day • 2+ years of outbound phone sales experience • 2 years of customer service experience
