POSITION OVERVIEW
Ray Laethem is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, particularly in the used car market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the sales department, including sales operations, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business development and improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, service, and parts, to support overall business objectives and enhance customer experience
