Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to our sales success. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare sales marketing items, contracts, and BEO's, as assigned by the Director of Sales- 
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate and support hotel site inspections and client visits, as assigned by the Director of Sales
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries as needed, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, to relay any event, group, or account updates/changes.
  • Support marketing initiatives and attend events onsite, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a sales support role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends, as needed. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Knowledge of Hilton management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi) is a plus.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
