Title: Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:
As the Senior Business Systems Specialist, you'll take charge of overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce (CRM) software and other integrated applications like DocuSignCLM and DocuSign e-Signature. You will be responsible for collaborating with BSA teams for enhancements, managing Salesforce data, and managing the Salesforce Sandbox environment. Also, you will be responsible for managing support tickets from ServiceNow platform, creating and updating technical design documentation, and creating user stories for issues and enhancement requests. Your role involves adhering to best practices and established procedures to ensure smooth operations. You will solve complex business issues, design user-friendly solutions, and engage in all aspects of system management.
Required Skills:

• 5+ years Salesforce experience
• 2+ years Salesforce Lightning experience with applications and components
• 1+ year Salesforce CPQ experience
• Experience with data analytics and forecasting using SQL and Tableau
• Knowledge of data management and security in a CRM environment
• Experience leading development and implementation of Salesforce process changes
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

BonSoft Skills:

• Salesforce Certifications
• Experience with Salesforce triggers/Apex code knowledge
• DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) development experience
• Familiarity with single sign-on environments
