Job Description - Senior Benefits Analyst

Your Job The Total Rewards team is a part of Koch Global Services and is hiring for a Senior Benefits Analyst, which provides high-quality HR services to our Koch Company customers. A top performer in this role is one who can understand and communicate complex concepts, think long-term and seek mutual benefit, continually seek knowledge, manage projects, and analyze data to develop insights that drive action. Candidates for this role should be passionate about helping employees and their families and can work collaboratively with peers, leaders, vendor partners and customers. Our Team This role is part of our North American Strategy and Wellbeing team, which delivers strategic recommendations to our leadership, implements, and manages key vendor partners, and operates our Koch Wellbeing program. What You Will Do
  • Create presentation materials to deliver recommendations to senior leaders
  • Develop an informed point of view through research and analysis on various topics such as benefit changes, pharmacy management tactics, supplier effectiveness, population health strategies, and more.
  • Support labor relations team with negotiation strategies
  • Partner with internal capabilities, such as communications, finance, supplier strategies, and compliance
  • Complete market surveys
  • Analyze financial and clinical data
  • Develop and execute project plans
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key vendor partners

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in employer-provided benefits
  • Experience developing presentations to convey complex concepts in a digestible manner
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel - basic formulas and graphs
  • Experience using analytical and research skills to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public health, psychology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of and a passion for the life-changing potential of employee benefits
  • Experience working with third-party benefit vendors
  • Experience in developing health and welfare benefit strategies
