Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager – Regional TransAct & CFIN Deployment, reporting into the Director Global Deployment – TransAct & Americas. This role can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Sao Paulo, Brazil, with considerations given to other US J&J sites on eastern time with access to New Brunswick.

TransAct and CFIN are projects within SigniFi, a multi-year global finance transformation program, bringing the latest SAP technology and best-in-class financial processes to J&J. This position drives the execution of SigniFi objectives, governance, and risk & issue resolution in-region. Deployment takes the technology and new process solutions to the finance end-users.

Key roles & responsibilities of this role are:

  • Coordinating alignment with Commercial, Supply Chain and R&D Implementation Leads from collecting business requirements to delivering tangible change to the regional Finance teams.
  • Leading project mid-level plan execution by managing the collaboration and overall progress of functional TransAct and CFIN workstream leads for respective release during the deployment phases – i.e. Process implementation, Data readiness, Technical build and Change, Comms and Training – and close collaboration and interaction with Global Services.
  • Coordinating interdependencies with other SigniFi Workstreams, specifically Management Reporting, Planning, Tax and Statutory Reporting for integration of plans and managing dependencies pertaining to regional deployment.
  • Establish and guide Sustainability process for regional deployment driving systematic approach for sustainable fixes of Data, Process and Technology issues.
  • Connecting with Run state teams and previous deployment project leads to support transition and to use standard processes.
  • Monitoring and consolidating project metrics across tech, data and process to manage interdependencies and risks. Lead risk assessment, coordinate mitigation across workstreams and drive issue resolution.
  • Evaluating progress and managing status meetings as well as preparing materials for the respective discussions in management and leadership updates and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Project experience and project management experience is required. A strong technical affinity to Financial Systems – SAP CFIN or SigniFi program experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Financial Processes, Transactional, Reporting Processes across multiple functional areas (Supply Chain / Commercial / R&D) and sector – MedTech or Innovative Medicine experience preferred.
  • Appreciation for financial data flows and the importance of master data governance is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. Master’s/ MBA degree preferred. A CPA , CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of finance or related business experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skills are required.
  • Ability to partner in a multi-faceted project organization and strong ability to problem solve and work independently is required.

This position is located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Sao Paulo and falls under the J&J Flex working model. Alternative locations would require Eastern Standard Time working hours and ability to travel to New Brunswick, NJ as needed.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 – $195,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

- Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

- Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

- Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
