Responsibilities
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience • Execute marketing plans and create tactics for specific campaigns • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects • Develop creative briefs and lead agencies through creative process • Create and implement select tactics internally • Manage team of 2 • Perform other duties as requested

• Strong writing and proofreading skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems under pressure • Ability to conduct formal presentations • Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks • Ability to think creatively and strategically • Highly developed capacity for teamwork • Ability to build strong relationships • Ability to manage and motivate team members • Marketing experience - 7+ years • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or related field
