We are currently seeking a *Senior Software Engineer* to join our team as a member of our evolving Technology division. In this role, youll work in key enterprise systems providing analysis, design, development, and configuration support for internal business partners and external clients.

Development

  • Full lifecycle application development, with bias towards agile development.

  • Designs, codes and debugs applications in various software languages.

  • Conducts software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis.

  • Designs front end graphical user interface.

  • Conducts software testing and quality assurance.

  • Conducts performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

  • Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality.

  • Integrates software with existing systems.

  • Full lifecycle application development, with bias towards agile development.

  • Evaluates and identifies new technologies for implementation.

  • Project Planning and Project Management.

  • Maintains standards compliance.

  • Implements localization or globalization of software.

Communication

  • Communicates project status and other coordination requirements to Program Manager, Technology Systems or Sr. Engineer.

  • Funnels potential new service opportunities / change orders to Technology Manager or Program Manager.

What wed like to see from you:

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer required.

  • Experience with Apex and Salesforce required; CRM and FSL experience preferred.

  • Experience with MuleSoft desired. Experience with other Integration development platforms helpful if no MuleSoft familiarity.

  • Microsoft SQL Server Development (DDL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, ADO.NET) required.

  • Experience with Source Control systems, CI/CD and practices (Azure DevOps, GIT) required.

  • Understanding of n-tier ASP development and experience in C# software development, NET Development (ASP.net, Web Services) desired.

  • Quality assurance and technical writing skills required.

  • Application and development interface documentation required.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

  • BS Degree in IT, or equivalent education or equivalent work experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $80,100 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
