Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our marketing
- Create a consistent marketing package for Internal and External (newsletter, email, social, video, websites and value tools)
- Optimize our marketing automation through email, content, and social channels
- Manage the company’s online and social media profiles and presence, including websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target agents
- Report out monthly statistics for social media traffic and engagement
- Meet with Agent Services Coordinator weekly to discuss marketing plans and graphic content
- Create New Agent's Marketing Materials (email signature, business cards, flyers, logos, postcards)
- Create graphics/flyers for upcoming featured classes and events
- Working on multiple projects at once
- Organized with due dates and time management of projects
- Able to meet deadlines
- Implement and create event visions
- Cohesive branding for agents and market center and understanding compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience in Graphic design
- Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
- Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
- BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years in social media experience
- Experience :Canva, FB Business, Sprout, Instagram, HubSpot, YouTube
- Basic understanding of SEO
