WWR&R includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products. Amazon Warehouse is a channel within WWR&R that offers great deals to customers on quality returned, used, pre-owned, or open box products. We are looking for a motivated Sr. Marketing Manager to implement, automate, and analyze marketing initiatives while scaling the Amazon Warehouse Voice of the Customer program. The right candidate is customer-obsessed and curious about customers who are shopping for used deals. You have strong analytical skills, and an ability to translate data and research into actionable insights. You have excellent communication skills, and bring your marketing experience to influence key stakeholders and leadership. You’ll work at the strategic level to create growth strategies from ambiguous situations, and at the tactical level to launch, test, and optimize features to drive the business performance. Key job responsibilities -Evaluate performance of existing marketing channels and make investment and expansion recommendations -Work with the existing marketing specialist on the team to set marketing strategy across traffic channels to launch campaigns and promotions successfully -Identify opportunities for automation and scale -Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to leadership on marketing performance and the impact to business metrics -Drive strategy docs up to VP level and scale learnings and best practices across broader cross-functional teams worldwide (Amazon Warehouse/Non-New Businesses) We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bellevue, WA, USA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
