Job Description - Sr. Media Measurement Lead, eero Brand and Marketing

DESCRIPTION

Come shape the future of eero's cross-channel marketing measurement strategy and directly impact the effectiveness at driving revenue growth at a time where privacy regulations are rapidly changing the marketing landscape. Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity however, is just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud. The eero Brand and Integrated Marketing Team is looking for a seasoned data marketer to lead our media measurement initiatives and leverage both in-house and third party marketing technology in order to automate and scale both paid and owned and operated marketing programs to drive customer growth. This role will build and execute an actionable measurement framework, proactively identifying MarTech and AdTech capabilities that will accelerate marketing measurement work streams. They will be a key partner to our paid media channel owners, finance, legal and other business intelligence colleagues to increase marketing and media effectiveness. Key job responsibilities
*Establish and oversee the execution of the US Marketing Measurement Framework and make recommendations for measurement globally.
*Manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and media agency to identify gaps in existing measurement framework and build actionable plan to close those gaps.
*Proactively identify innovative AdTech and MarTech tools that will elevate eero’s Marketing Measurement capabilities.
*Guide measurement and reporting on an ongoing cadence, ensuring analyses provide clear and actionable recommendations.
*Deliver recommendations to help shape strategy across integrated marketing and measurement initiatives. A day in the life
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, measurement, attribution and data analytics. You will be comfortable developing marketing strategy, deep diving into data, and be comfortable assessing marketing capabilities with the ability to prioritize and scale up successful strategies. You will play a crucial role in building our marketing analytical muscle, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. To be successful in this role, you will need a quantitative skill set with experience in marketing science practices (MMM, attribution modeling, LTV modeling, testing, experimentation, etc.) within the consumer, e-commerce, lead generation or product subscription space. You will be a blended balance of media strategist, project manager, data analyst and relationship builder. You will thrive working with complete independence, yet will be effective at partnering cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including creative marketing, central marketing, business intelligence, engineering and legal. Our customers consist of end users as well as small businesses and internet service providers, spanning B2C, B2B and B2B2C. The team is highly results oriented, and at its core, focuses on driving efficiencies and delivering against our sales and revenue goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
