Job Description - Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Experimentation , North America Stores Marketing

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong product marketer who is data-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. You will partner with Marketers, Product and Tech teams on the development and adoption of new tech products and drive an experimentation roadmap to test new features in marketing strategies. You will develop and promote experimentation best practices and playbooks that will be adopted throughout the marketing and tech organization. As a leader on the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Marketing, Product and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact while collaborating closely with talented marketing, business and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery. Key job responsibilities
1. Collaborate with DiscoTec on the adoption of new tech tools and products
2. Own solutions that would unify the Experimentation Roadmap across Tech and Marketing teams
3. Own self-service Experimentation aimed at driving the scale of adoption of product features
4. Create SOPs aimed at helping marketing teams achieve a higher speed of experimentation and automation
5. Own and maintain the Unified Experimentation Tracker, host regular trainings to accelerate its adoption
6. Partner with the Tech team on identifying the integration capabilities to automate Experimentation tracking
7. Provide best practice guidance, organize demos and trainings for the tools required for successful experiment set up and analysis We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
