Job Description - Sr. Program Marketing Specialist, Safety Engagement

To support this vision, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) is looking for a specialist to develop marketing and materials for ergonomic improvements. This role sits within the Safety Engagement Ergonomic and Health Program Marketing team in Bellevue, WA, and is focused on promoting musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) reduction initiatives. The position is responsible for developing content and creative for employee safety experience programs as well as standards and tools for early-stage ergonomic improvements. In addition, this role will manage the MSD messaging framework, ergonomic templates, and partner opportunities that allow program marketing to scale multiple MSD initiatives while maintaining the integrity of the WHS safety brand and narrative. Key job responsibilities • Lead program marketing content strategy development and implementation for ergonomic engineering solutions and ergonomic programs • Work with partner teams and use data to identify and prioritize high impact improvement opportunities • Lead development of content and creative that enable global WHS and Ops partners to create and implement content aligned with broader strategies and plans related to MSD reduction • Partner with teams to push tools and resources to support global WHS and scale content creators across the organization • Define desired outcomes and measure, report, and adjust activities based on those defined goals • Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in, and implement at scale • Provide periodic project updates, including major successes/challenges, to senior management and business leaders • Work across a wide range of senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and legal, HR, and PR partners to gain alignment on strategy and execution A day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Experience working with agencies, graphic designers, and other creative support - Proven written and verbal communication skills - Experience managing relationships and balancing customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Experience communicating effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
