We are in search of a talented and versatile Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple client projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets, while also leading video production and project deliverables from concept to final edits and delivery. Responsibilities:
Content Shoot Production - Video and Photo Shoots:
Lead video and photo shoot projects, overseeing the entire process from concept to final delivery, including video script, shoot, edit, and final delivery stages.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce videos and image assets aligning with client objectives and brand messaging.
Effectively manage video production timelines, budgets, and resources.
Maintain content shoot calendar, including upcoming shoot and deliverable dates, and vendor partner schedules.
Stay updated with the latest video production technologies and trends to enhance our offerings. Vendor Management:
Request and review bids from vendors; manage throughout the project and up to invoicing.
Work with the Account Manager and Creative Director to present recommendations and estimates to the client for review and approval. Project Management:
Manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with deadlines and budgets.
Initiate and set up new projects, coordinate internal and vendor partner teams, establish tasks, schedules, and estimates.
Facilitate team meetings and communications, making clear decisions and assignments.
Coordinate with the PM team to serve both client priorities and agency resources.
Champion continuous process, workflow, and quality control practices.
Monitor and report work progress and budget status to align with agency and client expectations.
Utilize Workamajig Platinum to facilitate exceptional project management and workflow.
Support and contribute to DKY's culture, mission, and goals. Client Service:
Act as secondary client contact from DKY, engaging in client interactions as necessary.
Advocate for the agency to the client regarding deadlines, resources, workflow, and scope management.
Advocate for the client to the agency, ensuring objectives, quality, budget, and deadlines are met. Qualifications:
Relevant education/training in marketing communications, business management, or related fields.
7+ years of related experience in project and video production management in an agency environment.
Proficiency in managing web/digital content, social advertising, direct marketing, events, etc., with an emphasis on web/digital and video production management.
Familiarity with project management systems (Workamajig, Liquid Planner, Asana, etc.); Workamajig preferred.
Strategic, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly motivated to learn and contribute in a dynamic and growing business environment.
Experience in Outdoor Recreation industries is a bonus but not mandatory. Compensation:
Annualized salary based on qualifications and experience.
