Job Description:

Diversified Analog Solutions (DAS) business unit is seeking an RFIC design engineer for our infrastructure products. The candidate will contribute to chip-level design for infrastructure products, achieving some of the most challenging specs. The candidate is preferred to have high volume production experience and can execute block level designs.

The position can be on-site in any of our major locations in Woburn, Andover, Ottawa.

Requirements:

• Hands on design experience in varies infrastructure products
  • Linear and non-linear mid and high power PAs
  • High isolation and high linearity RF switches
  • TDD and FDD LNA
• Good IC design experience in GaAs, SiGe, SOI, pHEMT, or GaN in Cadence and/or Keysight ADS
• Comfortable with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
• Good understanding of IC design flow
• Basic understanding of digital communications, device physics and signal processing
• Good communication skills
• Min MSEE + 3 years of experience

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $110,600 - $210,600per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
