Position Overview: As the Global Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, empowering our sales teams, facilitating seamless mergers and acquisitions, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global go-to-market strategy across diverse regions and industry segments. Champion initiatives that drive growth, presenting compelling business cases at executive levels. Acquisitions: Facilitate the integration of commercial teams from acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and strategic objectives. Incorporate newly acquired businesses into our overarching commercial strategy, leveraging synergies to enhance revenue potential. Commercial Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate and execute quarterly sales campaigns, driving engagement and results. Provide strategic support for large tenders, emphasizing value proposition, differentiation, and pricing strategies. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a consultant at a top-tier strategy firm (Principal level for senior, Senior Consultant for mid-level), coupled with 2-6 years of corporate experience. Proven track record in senior management roles, demonstrating expertise in ERP software, preferably with an ERP provider. Exceptional team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a global team. Proficiency in presenting complex ideas and strategies at executive levels.
