Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge strategies for managing Mobile and App-based performance marketing accounts. Reporting to the Director of Mobile App, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership across the organization, collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive response to mobile and app marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in scaling mobile app growth and a relentless dedication to driving business results through analytical rigor and client-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate comprehensive strategies for mobile app campaign management in collaboration with senior leadership.
Lead growth marketing initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, and performance measurement to drive installs, user engagement, and revenue generation.
Demonstrate proficiency in multi-channel marketing implementation, leveraging platforms such as SEM, Apple App Store, influencer campaigns, and social media advertising.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, industries, and market dynamics to deliver tailored solutions for sustained growth. Qualifications: 4-6+ years of experience with a significant focus on managing Mobile App performance marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition growth and optimizing key mobile app metrics.
Extensive knowledge of the Mobile App space, performance marketing trends, and market development.
Strong understanding of cross-channel integration with expertise in Paid Search, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate marketing.
Hands-on experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and SensorTower.
Experience managing campaigns across various verticals and campaign types. Additional Information: Anticipated hourly pay range: $44 - $72/hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
