Adecco Staffing is hiring a temporary Marketing Coordinator for an international shoe company in Boston! This is a 4-6 month contract ON-SITE, located in Boston, Massachusetts.
Hours: 10:00AM-2:00PM, Monday-Friday - 20 hours per week
Pay: $25-$30/hr Depending on experience
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Submit all credit memos and invoices, log them in our budget trackers, and follow up with relevant reference numbers to be shared with accounts.
Pull asset and campaign messaging from box account/brand portal for account campaigns.
Organize all new campaign assets (SPS/PRUN/CPS) to the box account and follow up with the link to all internal stakeholders for account distribution.
Order seeding requests in B2B.
Preproduction seeding pairs.
Bulk product orders seeded and shipped out quarterly to ambassadors
Work with customer service on one-off product orders to ambassadors/ media upon request as well as during key product drops throughout the month
Pull together campaign highlights to be shared with broader team for any updates or recaps that need to be sent.
Assisting with asset pulls and deck needs for GTM and Sell-in presentations
Job Requirements:
Accounting experience in a marketing environment, as well as coordination/organization skills.
Invoicing and receiving payments from clientele.
Marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
Sample sending to clientele and collaborating with colleagues.
