Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive GTM plans
- Localise and optimise campaign creative for the US market
- Brief in all campaign creative to ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Partner with internal and external teams to develop holistic media plans
- Oversee channel planning and briefing processes for paid media campaigns
- Stay abreast of new media partners and opportunities
- Analyse e-retail and Amazon sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop partner-specific marketing programs
- Lead updates for product detail pages across e-retail and Amazon
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to execute tailored digital content strategies for retail partners.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Search and Display in collaboration with agencies.
- Utilise internal business data to provide insights on portfolio and marketing initiative performance.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform future strategies.
- Partner with the D2C department to enhance customer loyalty and support acquisition efforts.
- Stay informed about skincare market trends and recommend new product opportunities based on US consumer insights.
- Contribute ad hoc to forecasting, budgeting, and other operational needs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Extensive experience in brand management or related roles within the skincare, beauty, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with retail partners; Amazon experience is advantageous.
- Track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns.
- Experience working with media agencies and leading media campaigns.
