Learn more about us at our . Job Description: As the Vice President, Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of our marketing efforts with the firm's priorities. Your responsibilities will encompass developing marketing strategy, coordinating affiliate marketing initiatives with our Sales team, engaging with and addressing the needs of our strategic partners, supporting firm and channel-specific sales campaigns, overseeing the Digital Marketing team, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to create compelling materials. Key Responsibilities: Align marketing efforts with the firm's priorities and ensure adequate resource allocation. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Asset Management to devise campaigns aimed at generating additional interest in our offerings. Liaise with our affiliates to ensure the availability of marketing collateral for our Sales team. Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all materials meet security and industry guidelines. Provide regular valuable feedback to team members and foster a culture of growth and development. Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner and communicate effectively with team members regarding their standing within the organization. Requirements: Prior experience in financial services, preferably in asset management or wealth management, with a focus on marketing to registered representatives in regional offices. Deep understanding of the investment business and our products and services. Previous experience in channel and digital marketing. Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and the ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
