Role Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will lead our traditional, national account, and commercial sales channels. You will play a pivotal role within our windows leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and achieving financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to foster growth across all sales channels and the company's enterprise. Create annual sales plans and regional budgets to guide revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build and nurture strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows. Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization and execution. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in sales management. Deep understanding of business operations within the building materials manufacturing industry. Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strategic planning and organizational skills with a proactive approach to business challenges. Ability to navigate change and drive results in a dynamic environment. Ethical and principled approach to business conduct. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred. 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales, product management, or marketing within the consumer durable products industry. Proven experience in developing and managing sales channels, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
