Online Pr Associate

Job Description:

Waste Management is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Online PR Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field. The Online PR Associate will be responsible for managing the company's online reputation and presence, as well as developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the company's online reputation across various platforms - Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility - Create engaging and compelling content for press releases, social media, and other online channels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with overall communication strategy - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of online PR campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online PR and communication - Assist in the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and other PR activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or online PR - Driven and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to think strategically and proactively in planning and implementing PR campaigns - Proficiency in social media platforms and online analytics tools - Strong writing and editing skills - Experience in crisis management and reputation management is a plus
