Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Social Media Manager at SAP in Chicago, Illinois, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's online social media strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that will increase brand awareness and drive engagement on various social media platforms. Your main goal will be to build a strong online presence for SAP and increase customer engagement through creative and strategic social media campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on performance - Manage online communities and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner - Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into the strategy - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives - Work with external agencies and partners to leverage social media opportunities and partnerships - Monitor competitors' social media activity and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities - Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent cooperative skills with the ability to work well in a team environment - Strong research skills to stay current on industry trends and best practices
